Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and clients while carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at a financial institution;
Conduct regular and random patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and the perimeter to identify unusual activity and help to deter unauthorized access;
Monitor access points and verify credentials in accordance with site procedures, escalating access concerns as appropriate;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and contact emergency services and/or Allied Universal leadership when required;
Document patrol findings, incidents, and observed policy violations through clear and accurate reports
