Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and clients by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response protocols at a financial institution location;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify suspicious activity, unauthorized access, and potential hazards;
Monitor access points and report security-related concerns, unusual activity, and policy violations according to site procedures;
Document patrol activity and incidents accurately, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal supervisors and/or designated client representatives
