This is a full-time on-site role for a Shop Mechanic located in the Columbus, Ohio Metropolitan Area. The Shop Mechanic will be responsible for performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on company vehicles, landscape equipment, and heavy machinery. Daily tasks include conducting regular inspections, diagnosing issues, ensuring all equipment operates efficiently, and maintaining records of all maintenance activities.

• Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, and Maintenance & Repair skills
• Experience with Heavy Equipment
• Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the landscaping industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
