Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive hourly wage of up to $40 per hour, a $300 sign‑on bonus, and annual salary range of $60,000–$95,000. Job ResponsibilitiesAs a Licensed Residential Service Electrician you will install, repair, maintain, and troubleshoot residential electrical systems, ensuring compliance with NEC and local codes. You will communicate clearly with customers, explain technical information in layman’s terms, and maintain a safe, respectful work environment.
Qualifications- 4+ years of electrical field experience
- Knowledge of residential and commercial electrical systems, NEC, and local codes
- Knowledge of industrial, medical, or agricultural electrical systems is a plus
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
- Problem‑solving mindset, self‑motivation, strong communication skills, service orientation, respectful attitude, punctuality, reliability, and pride in workmanship
