Maintenance Technician- $30-38/hr
Job DescriptionJoin a leading company established in 1935, renowned as the largest privately held manufacturer of adhesives and sealants in the United States. With two major divisions specializing in Adhesives and Polymers, our products serve a wide range of applications, including wood adhesives, pressure-sensitive adhesives, and fiberglass.
Responsibilities- Install, adjust, test, troubleshoot, repair, and modify various electrical and mechanical equipment, including electrical controls, PLCs, and instrumentation.
- Diagnose problems, tear down, repair, and reassemble intricate mechanisms and machines.
- Maintain and repair all mechanical facilities and physical structures throughout the plant, including pumps, boilers, air, and water reactors.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and maintaining pneumatic systems.
- Experience with HVAC systems.
- Experience with welding, specifically MIG welding.
- Expertise in boiler repair and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency with PLC troubleshooting.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with blueprint reading and interpretation.
- Familiarity with preventive maintenance procedures.

Work EnvironmentWork in a non-climate controlled, union-owned facility with shifts from 3PM to 11:30PM, Monday through Friday.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Columbus, OH.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $56160.00 - $79040.00/yr.
