Maintenance Technician

303 Front Street - Columbus, OH

Monday through Friday, 8am - 5pm, with on-call nights and weekends

$28 - $30/hour (based on experience and qualifications), plus commissions, incentives, and bonuses

• 2+ years of experience in multi‑family residential maintenance
• Experienced Turnover Technician – versed in all aspects of apartment turns and servicing
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repair, lighting, and grounds
• HVAC experience (certification preferred)
• EPA certification
• Strong customer service skills with a cheerful outlook when assisting residents
• Ability to work independently while staying efficient and thorough
• Basic computer and smartphone skills
• Must have basic hand tools, valid driver’s license, reliable truck/van, and auto‑insurance
• Willing to complete a drug and background check if offered the position

• Work as the sole on‑site technician
• Perform HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair, lighting, locks/keys, pool care, and groundskeeping tasks
• Handle apartment turnovers, preparing homes for new residents
• Complete work orders quickly and with high‑quality results
• Address emergencies as situations arise or while on‑call
