Job Summary

This position performs and coordinates the installation and service of electrical products and services in a residential and light commercial setting.

Job Duties

* Assemble, install, test, and maintain residential and commercial electrical equipment and services.

* Diagnose and repair malfunctioning electrical systems, equipment, and components.

* Ensure compliance with all applicable electrical codes and safety standards.

* Plan and execute electrical wiring, equipment, and fixture installations.

* Use the Straight Forward Pricing Guide, accurately present repair or installation options, and complete safety inspections.

* Works with and understands blueprints, electrical schematics and job specifications as it applies to your craft.

* Maintain a clean, organized work environment, including company vehicles.

* Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

* Uphold Mister Sparky's professional image and adhere to our dress code, safety policies, and code of ethics.

Minimum Requirements

* Minimum 3+ years of verifiable residential electrician experience.

* Strong understanding of electrical field concepts, best practices, and codes.

* Excellent communication and customer service skills.

* Ability to communicate effectively to clients about issues and provide accurate solutions.

* Valid driver's license with a clean record.

* Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

* Physical ability to perform job duties.

* High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:

* Local and state licenses as needed
