As a Residential HVAC Technician, you will earn a competitive wage of up to $40/hour
, depending on experience. Plus, we offer a $300 sign-on bonus

• 4+ years of HVAC field experience
• Knowledge of residential and/or commercial HVAC systems and local codes
• Removing old HVAC systems
• Installing new HVAC systems
• Performing routine maintenance
• Training junior team members
• Communicating with clients and customers
• Ordering and maintaining equipment
• Running pipe and duct systems through homes
• Reading and interpreting wiring diagrams
• Understanding refrigeration cycles
• Knowing how to interpret various technical data, such as pressure and temperature
• Valid driver s license and a good driving record

• Perform installation, maintenance, and service of residential HVAC systems
• Remove old systems and install new ones per client needs
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC issues on-site
• Train junior team members
• Communicate with clients and customers clearly and professionally
• Order and maintain equipment and parts
• Run and assess pipe and ductwork through homes
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams and refrigeration-related data
• Ensure safety and code compliance in all work performed

Salary: $60,000 - $95,000 per year
