As a Residential HVAC Technician, you will earn a competitive wage of up to $40/hour
, depending on experience. Plus, we offer a $300 sign-on bonus

- 4+ years of HVAC field experience
- Knowledge of residential and/or commercial HVAC systems and local codes
- Removing old HVAC systems
- Installing new HVAC systems
- Performing routine maintenance
- Training junior team members
- Communicating with clients and customers
- Ordering and maintaining equipment
- Running pipe and duct systems through homes
- Reading and interpreting wiring diagrams
- Understanding refrigeration cycles
- Knowing how to interpret various technical data, such as pressure and temperature
- Valid driver s license and a good driving record
- Perform installation, maintenance, and service of residential HVAC systems
- Remove old systems and install new ones per client needs
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC issues on-site
- Train junior team members
- Communicate with clients and customers clearly and professionally
- Order and maintain equipment and parts
- Run and assess pipe and ductwork through homes
- Read and interpret wiring diagrams and refrigeration-related data
- Ensure safety and code compliance in all work performed
Salary: $60,000 - $95,000 per year
