We are seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to coordinate and supervise day-to-day electrical construction activities. The Superintendent is responsible for identifying and implementing detailed solutions to complex technical problems. The ideal candidate must possess strong leadership and communication skills, the ability to effectively promote safety and ensure code compliance, and drive to maintain a high level of quality on all tasks.

Position Role and Responsibility

  • Direct teams of electricians on large-scale jobs from start to finish, using the assigned subcontractors and tradesmen.
  • Provide technical guidance and support as the team installs, maintains, and repairs electrical systems.
  • Build positive relationships with customers, contractors, suppliers, and other employees.
  • Communicate with owners and subs in connection with field issues.
  • Maintain electrical construction schedule; identify both potential issues and solutions.
  • Promote job site safety, encourage safe work practices, and rectify job site hazards immediately.
  • Troubleshoot problems that occur with the job.
  • Position Qualification

  • Demonstrable experience working as an Electrical Construction Superintendent (8+ years preferred).
  • A proven track record of delivering safe projects on schedule and within budget.
  • Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC), local codes, and construction safety requirements.
  • Ability to work in an environment that requires decisiveness and a strong work ethic.
  • Scheduling software knowledge required, i.e. Primavera 6.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High School Diploma/GED/ or equivalent.
