Locations:
Winder, Milledgeville and Columbus
Ideal candidates will have experience with truck maintenance, equipment installation, or similar backgrounds. Welding and Fabrication Experience is a plus, but not required.
Preferred Experience- Truck mechanic or similar experience
- Knowledge of fire apparatus or emergency vehicle systems a plus but not required
- Install equipment and components on new truck deliveries
- Perform regular maintenance and inspections on vehicles
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with team members
- Follow both verbal and written instructions accurately
- Self-motivated to maintain detailed attention to quality and safety while working efficiently
- Ability to frequently kneel, climb, push, pull and lift 40lbs without assistance
- Comfortable working in both shop and field environments
