Irrigation Technician

We’re looking for an Irrigation Technician. Can you picture yourself here?

• Valid Driver's License:
  Applicants must hold a valid driver’s license.
• Chauffeur’s Endorsement: A chauffeur’s endorsement or chauffeur’s license is necessary.
• Previous experience: minimum of 1 year Landscape Irrigation Technician experience.
• DDOT Medical card: preferred. If not, must pass a medical exam including a drug test (Federal requirement).

• Monitoring and testing new installations, troubleshooting and repairing problems, observing pipe and valve placements, and evaluating start-ups, winterization, and overall operation of the irrigation system.
• Conducting and recording detailed inspections and planning/ executing upgrades of client systems.

• Along with supervisory skills and proactive manner, a minimum of 1 year productive experience in the installation, inspection, and repair of irrigation systems.
• A valid driver’s license.
• Good knowledge of trenchers, multimeters, wire locators, ditchers, and pipe sizing.

• Bilingual in Spanish.
• Ability to create and read site map colored charts/legends.

The pay range for this role is $20 - $35 per hour. Pay decisions are decided when an offer has been made and are based upon previous work experience and any certifications/licenses you hold.
