We are looking for multi-skilled Maintenance team members (carpentry, plumbing, electrical, drywall, HVAC) for a portion of our affordable, scattered-site portfolio. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and/or with a team in challenging urban neighborhoods.

Maintenance Duties
  • Perform regular demand maintenance to assigned units – plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and carpentry
  • Respond to on-call emergencies (rotating on-call schedule)
  • Maintain accurate records regarding preventative maintenance, service requests, taking pictures, and work in progress statuses
  • Conduct preventive maintenance inspections
  • Maintain an organized parts and work area
  • Use every opportunity to build technical skills related to the work needed in the portfolio
  • Maintain property curb appeal
Minimum Qualifications
  • GED or High School Diploma
  • Valid driver’s license and insurance
  • Personal vehicle
  • Own basic hand tools
Additional Qualifications
  • 1 year or more experience in residential property maintenance
Background Checks
  • Criminal History Screen
  • Motor Vehicle Screen
  • Drug Screen
