As a Residential HVAC Technician, you will earn a competitive wage of up to $40/hour, depending on experience. In addition, you will receive a $300 sign‑on bonus and be eligible for generous benefits including the following:

• 4+ years of HVAC field experience
• Knowledge of residential and/or commercial HVAC systems and local codes
• Removing old HVAC systems
• Installing new HVAC systems
• Performing routine maintenance
• Training junior team members
• Communicating with clients and customers
• Ordering and maintaining equipment
• Running pipe and duct systems through homes
• Reading and interpreting wiring diagrams
• Understanding refrigeration cycles
• Interpreting technical data such as pressure and temperature
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record

$60,000 – $95,000 per year
