Job Responsibilities

* Perform routine maintenance and repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, appliances)

* Complete work orders in a timely and professional manner

* Prepare vacant units for move‑ins (turns/make‑readies)

* Troubleshoot and repair maintenance issues throughout the community

* Maintain a clean and safe work environment

* Provide excellent customer service to residents

Qualifications

* Previous apartment or residential maintenance experience preferred

* Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems

* Ability to use hand and power tools safely

* EPA Certification a plus (not required)

* Dependable, professional, and team‑oriented

* Must have reliable transportation
