Telecom Installation Technicians – DC Power – COEI – Primary Power – Transport

Level 4 Lead Technicians are eligible for company vehicle. PTO starts Day 1. Benefit package includes per diem and meal allowance. Wide opportunity for growth.

Pay Rate: Based upon skill set and work history.

We offer nationwide positions. Additional locations:
New York, Pennsylvania, Ohio, and Michigan. Non-local employees qualify for travel expenses paid and daily per diem.

Telecommunications technicians specializing in Battery Plant Installation with experience in Cell Sites, Central Offices, or Cable Head-End environments are encouraged to apply. All skill levels considered.

• Travel as necessary to meet project needs (75%-100% travel).
• Follow written Method of Procedure (MOP).
• Perform hot cuts/slides/transfers.
• Pull signal and power cables as needed.
• Crimp, lug, terminate, stitch, and lace cable up to 750 MCM or alarm signal cabling.
• Install infrastructure in Cell Site and/or DC Power environments.
• Rack, stack, and secure equipment bays/cabinets.
• Install BDFB’s, rectifiers, and power plant systems.
• Maintain reliable strong work ethics.
• Lift, push, pull up to 75 lb.

• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Experience with battery plant installation or related telecom/data‑center environments.
• Knowledge of structured cabling and power systems.
• Ability to work independently and follow technical instructions.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the industry.
• Physical ability to lift, push, pull up to 75 lb.

This remote, field‑based role involves hands‑on work with power systems, structured cabling, and network infrastructure. Candidates should be comfortable in fast‑paced environments and traveling extensively for project‑based work.
