Description: Candidate, under general supervision, is responsible for maintenance, replacement, and repair of building heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration equipment.
Schedule: 260 days
Salary: Commensurate with experience
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a technical school program in heating, ventilating and air conditioning, or a state certified heating, ventilating and air conditioning apprenticeship program
- Must have Type II or universal refrigerant certification (EPA Refrigerant Certification)
- Valid driver's license without any violation points in the past three (3) years
- Must have 6 years of experience in the commercial environmental controls trade
- Alternatives to the above qualifications as the Superintendent and/or Board of Education may find appropriate
