This is a full-time, on-site role based in Columbus, OH for a Sheet Metal Worker. The Sheet Metal Worker will be tasked with fabricating, assembling, installing, and repairing sheet metal products and components. Day-to-day responsibilities include measuring and cutting materials, precise handling of tools and equipment, welding, and ensuring proper installation of custom sheet metal applications in alignment with project specifications.

• Proficiency in using hand tools and metalworking equipment
• Hands-on experience in welding and working with sheet metal
• Familiarity with specialized applications, such as working with aircraft or precision sheet metal fabrication
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to safety standards
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
• Physical ability to perform tasks involving lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
• Experience in HVAC/R or mechanical systems is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications in relevant fields are an advantage
