Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Residential Lead HVAC Installer to join our team in Columbus, OH, 43215. Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee HVAC installation projects from start to finish, ensuring high-quality workmanship.
  • Collaborate with team members to assess job requirements and develop effective installation strategies.
  • Install, maintain, and repair residential heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of HVAC systems to ensure compliance with safety and efficiency standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions and concerns in a professional manner.
  • Train and mentor junior installers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and inventory management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to enhance service delivery.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications in HVAC preferred.
  • Proven experience as an HVAC installer, with a minimum of 3-5 years in residential settings.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and installation techniques.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
  • EPA Universal (preferred) or EPA type 2 (required)
