Senior HVAC Technician – Finance
Nationwide, a Fortune 100 company, seeks a highly skilled Senior HVAC Technician to support commercial and multi‑family residential properties. The role demands strong mechanical expertise, advanced troubleshooting capabilities, and hands‑on experience across both residential and commercial HVAC systems, with a focus on Trane controls and systems.
Key Responsibilities- Provide advanced HVAC service, diagnostics, repair, and support for commercial and multi‑family residential properties.
- Serve as a technical expert with a strong emphasis on Trane controls and systems.
- Ensure work quality, safety compliance, and adherence to company standards and customer expectations.
- Extensive experience in both commercial and multi‑family residential HVAC systems.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and advanced troubleshooting skills.
- Proven experience working with Trane controls.
- High school diploma or equivalent; industry trade certifications strongly preferred.
- At least four years of related work experience.
Reports to Supervisor/Manager.
Job ConditionsEligible for overtime; non‑exempt position. Works in a building maintenance environment with non‑standard and/or rotating shifts. Required to lift and carry objects weighing over 50 pounds and push/move up to 100 pounds. Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
