$24-$35/hour, based on experience and demonstrated skills

This will be for local commercial/industrial roofing repairs and re-roofs in the area, so you7;ll have the advantage of being able to work near home. We7;re a growing company with a national presence, and are big on promoting from within.

• Deliver a quality roof using standardized work
• Solve problems as they occur
• Keep work area in 5S standard
• Safely perform standardized work
• Continuously improve the process
• Be at the job every scheduled day
• Work well with the crew/assist fellow roofers when possible

• 3+ years experience in commercial and industrial roofing
• An understanding of commercial roofing including architectural sheet metal, EPDM, TPO, PVC, BUR, and modified applications, willing to train
• Effective roof system evaluation, leak diagnostic skills, and problem-solving skills a must
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing
• Valid Driver’s License is a must
• Centerpoint knowledge is a plus

Compensation:

A qualified candidate will be offered a competitive hourly rate ($24-$35/hour, based on experience and demonstrated skills), along with the benefits listed below:
