The Durable Restoration Company is hiring experienced masons to join a specialized historic restoration team working on stone, masonry, and preservation projects across federal, military, and historic sites. This is a skilled trade role that builds long‑term expertise in historic restoration masonry.

Durable Restoration is a specialized historic preservation contractor focused on restoring stone, masonry, and architectural structures across federal, military, and historic sites.

• Work on the restoration and preservation of historic masonry and stone structures
• Perform repointing and repair of aging masonry systems
• Work with lime‑based mortars and specialty restoration materials
• Contribute to federal, military, and historic preservation projects
• Hands‑on craftsmanship on long‑lasting, visible structures

• Experience in repointing or masonry repair (historic mortar experience is a plus—we will train the right candidates)
• Carpentry, metal work, roofing skills are a plus
• Historic mortar experience is not required—we provide full training in restoration techniques.

• $20-$40/hr based on experience and skill progression
• Pay increases based on performance

• Paid in‑house and on‑the‑job training.
