Are you a seasoned pipe pro who loves leading a crew and building essential systems that keep communities flowing? If you’ve got serious experience with ductile iron and C900 pipe installation — and you take pride in safe, high-quality work — we want you to captain our pipe crew!

At Kirk Bros., you’ll be at the forefront of underground and above ground pipeline work, ensuring every bend, joint, and connection is done right.

Lead and mentor a pipe installation crew on water/wastewater projects.

Install ductile iron & C900 pipe using mechanical joints and push-in systems like a pro.

Read and interpret blueprints and specs to plan your day and coordinate work efficiently.

Team up with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors — communication skills matter!

Ensure safety compliance, including excavation and trenching protocols (you’re a competent person in the trenches).

Keep projects on schedule, within budget, and top-quality — and be proud of it.

• ✔ 4+ years of hands-on pipe installation experience (especially ductile iron & C900)
• ✔ Experience leading crews and coordinating field work
• ✔ Blueprint reading and construction plan interpretation skills
• ✔ Safety-first mindset — OSHA 10 is required; competent person/trenching certification preferred
• ✔ Excellent communication & leadership on the jobsite
• ✔ Valid driver’s license and reliable ride to the job site
• ✔ Union affiliation or willingness to join (Carpenters or Laborers)
