Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM or 4:30 PM (depending on project needs)
Overtime:
Available; voluntary Saturdays and occasional weekend work
Pay Rate: $22 – $26 per hour (based on experience)

We are seeking experienced Low Voltage Installers to support large-scale data center construction projects throughout the Columbus, Ohio area. This is a hands‑on role focused on structured cabling, fiber infrastructure, security rough‑in, and A/V rough‑in installations within new construction environments.
The ideal candidate will have experience with copper and fiber cabling systems, be comfortable working independently, and maintain a strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
Key Responsibilities- Install structured cabling systems for new construction data center projects.
- Pull, route, dress, label, and terminate Cat6 copper cabling according to industry standards.
- Install cable pathways including J‑hooks, cable tray, and conduit systems.
- Support fiber optic installations, including termination, testing, and splicing based on experience level.
- Perform cable certification and testing using Fluke testers and related equipment.
- Assist with security system and A/V rough‑in installations.
- Read and interpret blueprints, layouts, and scope documents.
- Maintain organized work areas and follow all safety requirements.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, project leads, and team members.
- Minimum 1–2 years of hands‑on low‑voltage or structured cabling experience.
- Experience pulling, terminating, and testing Cat6 cabling.
- Experience installing conduit, cable tray, and J‑hook pathways.
- OSHA 10 Certification (Required).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication skills and dependable attendance.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work on ladders in active construction environments.
- Supervisor reference required.
- Fiber optic termination, testing, and splicing experience.
- Data center construction experience.
- Security system rough‑in experience.
- Audio/Visual (A/V) installation experience.
- Experience using Fluke testing equipment.
