We are hiring an HVAC service technician to handle residential heating and air conditioning service and repair in Columbus, Ohio. This role is ideal for a technician who is comfortable diagnosing issues, making accurate repairs, and communicating clearly with homeowners.
The focus is on service and diagnostics—not rushed installs or unnecessary upsells. You’ll be working with standard residential systems and expected to deliver clean, professional work on every call.
What You’ll Be DoingDiagnose and repair residential heating and air conditioning systems
Service furnaces, heat pumps, and central AC systems
Identify system issues and explain repair options clearly to customers
Perform routine maintenance and system troubleshooting
Maintain clean, safe, and professional job sites
Follow safety protocols, local codes, and company standards
Represent the company professionally in the field
What We’re Looking ForExperience servicing residential HVAC systems
Familiarity with furnaces, heat pumps, and AC systems
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
Clear communication and customer-facing professionalism
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
EPA certification preferred
