Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair all facility systems equipment including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems;
Perform preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency of building systems;
Diagnose complex system issues using Building Automation Systems, blueprints, schematics, and other technical tools;
Maintain electrical systems, including low and medium voltage power distribution and lighting systems, ensuring safety compliance;
Support daily building start-up procedures and perform miscellaneous repairs such as painting and hardware maintenance
