This is a full-time hybrid role for an Irrigation Technician located in Madison, MO, with partial work‑from‑home opportunities. The Irrigation Technician will be responsible for maintaining and repairing irrigation systems, performing regular inspections, troubleshooting issues, and addressing any malfunctions. The role also includes general landscape maintenance, supervising small teams, and communicating effectively with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure the functionality and efficiency of irrigation systems.

• Proficiency in Irrigation and Landscape Maintenance techniques
• Ability to identify and resolve issues through effective Troubleshooting
• Strong Communication and Supervisory Skills
• Knowledge of safety procedures and best practices in irrigation and landscaping
• Experience with irrigation systems, tools, and technology
• Physical capability to perform outdoor, hands‑on tasks
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
