Irrigation Technician; Columbus East Backflow Certification

Bright View is looking for an Irrigation Technician who has at least one year of verified work experience in landscape irrigation. This is not an entry level role. Candidates must provide previous employer contact information for verification. The role pays $20–$35 per hour, with final pay based on experience and certifications.

• Valid driver’s license.
• Chauffeur’s endorsement or license.
• Minimum one year experience as a Landscape Irrigation Technician.
• DDOT Medical card preferred; if not available, must pass a medical exam that includes a drug test.

• Monitor and test new installations, troubleshoot and repair problems, observe pipe and valve placements, and evaluate start‑ups, winterization and overall operation of irrigation systems.
• Conduct and record detailed inspections and plan/execute upgrades of client systems.
• Plan and execute maintenance tasks, ensuring system reliability and efficiency.

• At least one year of experience in installation, inspection, and repair of irrigation systems.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong knowledge of trenchers, multimeters, wire locators, ditchers and pipe sizing.

• Bilingual in Spanish.
• Ability to create and read site‑map colored charts and legends.
