Plumbing Field Manager

• Train & Mentor: Hire and develop field technicians through hands‑on training and regular performance coaching
• Lead Operations: Oversee scheduling, equipment maintenance, and technician assignments
• Ensure Quality: Conduct site visits to evaluate performance and ensure safety and policy compliance
• Drive Growth: Partner with dispatch and HR to identify training needs and improve field efficiency

• Management: 1+ years in a lead or managerial role (Service Manager, Lead Tech, etc.)
• Expertise: 5+ years of Residential Plumbing experience
• Training Skill: A proven ability to teach and improve the technical skills of others
• Tech Savvy: Familiarity with Service Titan is a strong plus
• Leadership: Strong communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills
