Dock & Door Install Technician **Company Vehicle

We are seeking a full-time Dock & Door Service Technician to join our growing team. The role involves traveling to customer sites to install, maintain, and repair load‑dock levelers, overhead doors, and related equipment, while ensuring safety and quality service.

• Follow all safety procedures and use appropriate PPE.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
• Perform routine maintenance, including greasing, adjustments, and inspections.
• Log work notes and parts used on company-provided iPads.
• Operate extension ladders, scissor lifts, and power tools safely.
• Work independently or with small teams as needed.
• Participate in on‑call rotation and local travel as required.
• Identify additional repair or replacement opportunities and communicate with the sales team.
• Provide clear, courteous communication with customers.

• Standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and some climbing for the majority of the shift.
• Lift up to 50+ pounds and be on your feet throughout the shift.
• Work in wet, humid, hot, or cold environments.
• Occasional evening or weekend work may be required.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in mechanical, welding, or electrical industries.
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid background and drug screening.
• Construction or electrical background is a plus.

• Pay: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour (based on experience).
