Plumbing​/HVAC Estimator

Hydro Mechanical of Ohio, is a Growing Central Ohio Commercial Plumbing/HVAC Contracting company ready to hire a qualified Plumbing/HVAC Estimator. We are a local owned company with over 40 years’ experience in the industry. With a proven track record for working with the right customers and on the right projects!

• Proven track record/references with at least 3-5 years Plumbing/HVAC estimating experience
• Proven track record/reference with at least 5-10 years – Plumbing/HVAC Field experience
• Ability to understand project scope, manpower and equipment needs
• Perform accurate material and labor take off. Development of a comprehensive estimate
• Ability to read, understand and apply plumbing codes and Blue Prints
• Ability to work with Vendors/Sub-contractors for Buy-out/negotiation on all aspects of job
• Ability to work with Foreman on jobs to ensure budgets, schedules and billings are met
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite/Estimating Software
• Proficient with Trimble Auto Bid Mechanical / Estimating Software
• Valid Driver’s license and Reliable Transportation
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including Evenings or weekends as needed to meet deadlines
• Submit to drug testing/background check
