R & T Yoder Electric, Inc in Columbus, OH is looking to hire a full‑time experienced Residential Electrician. As a Licensed Residential Electrician, you will earn a competitive wage of up to $40/hour, depending on experience. Plus, we offer a $300 sign‑on bonus! You will also be eligible for generous benefits including health, vision, dental, life insurance, a 401(k), 2 weeks of paid time off (PTO) that increases based on time of service, 2 paid sick days, paid holidays, monthly bonus opportunities, uniforms and a company vehicle.

• 4+ years of electrical field experience
• Knowledge of commercial and residential electrical systems, NEC, and local codes
• Knowledge of industrial, medical or agriculture electrical systems a plus
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record

• Problem solver who enjoys troubleshooting electrical issues
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical information clearly in layman's terms
• Service‑oriented, establishes good rapport with people, respectful of others and personal property
• Punctual and reliable, takes pride in work

Salary: $60,000 - $90,000 per year.
