We are recruiting a Power/HVAC Technician to join the world's largest equipment rental provider supporting customers throughout Ohio. This role focuses primarily on the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of diesel-powered generators and related power equipment, with occasional work on HVAC, dehumidification, and air quality systems. The ideal candidate brings strong mechanical aptitude, enjoys hands‑on work, and is motivated to grow within a stable organization that offers clear advancement opportunities.

Perform preventative maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on diesel‑powered generators and related power generation equipment
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, fuel, cooling, and pneumatic systems
Support maintenance and repair of HVAC, dehumidification, and air quality equipment as needed
Travel occasionally to customer sites throughout Ohio to support equipment service needs
Demonstrate equipment operation and functionality to customers while delivering excellent customer service
Assist with equipment and parts pickup/delivery as needed and maintain a professional, safe work environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience maintaining or repairing diesel engines, generators, heavy equipment, trucks, or HVAC equipment
- Diesel mechanics strongly encouraged to apply
- Intermediate troubleshooting and repair skills across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, diesel, and pneumatic systems
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals
- Own basic technician tools relevant to the position
- Strong communication, teamwork, and customer service skills
