• Work on residential remodeling projects, including kitchens, bathrooms, basements, and laundry rooms.
• Perform a mix of skilled tasks: framing, drywall, flooring, tile, trim, and light plumbing.
• Deliver clean, high‑quality work with strong attention to detail.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
• Adhere to safety and quality standards on all job sites.
• Proud of your craft and confident while staying humble and coachable.

• Proven experience as a carpenter in residential remodeling.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Comfortable working in various environments (kitchens, bathrooms, basements, laundry rooms).
