Job Description
LaborMAX Staffing is seeking an experienced Lead Forklift Operator for a full-time, first-shift position. This role requires strong leadership skills and hands-on experience with both Crown stand-up and sit-down forklifts.
Responsibilities- Operate stand-up and sit-down Crown forklifts safely and efficiently
- Use RF scanners for inventory tracking and order fulfillment
- Load, unload, and move pallets of bagged product as needed
- Oversee daily workflow and assist with team coordination
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Previous forklift operating experience required (Crown equipment preferred)
- Must have RF scanning experience
- Ability to handle physical work, including moving palletized materials
- Reliable and punctual with strong communication skills
- Leadership or team lead experience preferred
- Weekly pay
- Steady, full-time hours
