Part Time Appointment Center

Mid-State Basement Systems, LLC – Columbus, OH 43228. Full‑time construction position (Day shift). As a Waterproofing Technician you’ll install waterproofing and foundation repair solutions in basements and crawl spaces, working with an experienced crew and developing from installer to foreman.

• Install waterproofing and crawl space systems according to company standards.
• Use power tools, hand tools, and job‑specific equipment safely and effectively.
• Load/unload materials and maintain job site cleanliness.
• Work with your crew to deliver high‑quality work and an exceptional customer experience.
• Communicate with team leaders to solve problems and ensure project completion.
• Represent the company respectfully, responsibly and professionally at all times.

• Construction or general labor experience is a plus (not required – we will train).
• Willingness to work hard, learn new skills, and be a team player.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces (basements/crawl spaces).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.

• Construction or related trade knowledge preferred.
• Experience operating equipment and/or power tools preferred.
• English language proficiency (reading, writing, speaking) preferred.
• Customer focus, integrity, personal accountability, problem‑solving, self‑management, stress management, work ethic, teamwork.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• One or more years of construction‑trade experience or equivalent education/experience combination.
• Valid driver’s license.
