• High school diploma or GED (experience may be substituted)
• HVAC installation experience, with residential HVAC experience being preferred
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, duct design, and airflow principles
• Effective verbal and written communication skills in English
• Basic computer skills (tablets, laptops, documentation systems)
• A valid driver's license
• Ability to travel between job sites, work overtime, and the occasional weekend
• Ability to work at heights, on a ladder, wear PPE, and lift/move 50 lbs.

• HVAC trade school certification (experience may be substituted)
• 2+ years of residential HVAC installation or service experience
• EPA Certification (can be obtained during employment)
• Experience with system start-up, commissioning, or quality control processes

In this pivotal role, you will serve as the final checkpoint on new construction installations, responsible for inspecting, testing, and optimizing HVAC systems. Your keen eye will identify and correct installation deficiencies, ensuring each home is equipped with high-quality, customer-ready systems. Strong diagnostic skills and a commitment to excellence will make you a key player as you collaborate with installers, supervisors, and builders.
