Rental Housing Journal LLC is looking for an experienced Full-Time Apartment Maintenance Technician to work in multiple communities on the east side of Columbus, Ohio. Candidates must have their own tools and truck, along with HVAC certification. Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing apartment issues, assisting with grounds upkeep, and providing excellent customer service.
Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 3 years in apartment maintenance and possess strong communication skills. Attention to detail and the ability to work in a team are vital for this position.
