General Laborer

Modular Building Refurbishment Technician

Our client is a leading provider in modular buildings which includes; modular office spaces as well as classrooms. This position is a contract to potential perm position directly with the company. The ideal candidate will have a background in construction and heavy labor.

Job duties:

• Assist Service Technicians with refurbishment of trailers
• Build Shipping Walls
• Inventory and site clean up
• Clean up and detailing of modular office trailers and classrooms

Potential of position:

• Perform refurbishment from top to bottom, including floors, walls, framing, windows.
• Install structures and fixtures, such as windows.
• Measure, cut, or shape wood, plastic, and other materials
• Inspect and replace damaged framework or other structures and fixtures
• Maintain a safe work environment and practice safe work habits per company policies.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of recent construction, carpentry experience, or directly related experience
• Valid Driver's License with reliable transportation
• Background and Drug testing
