Perform a wide range of interior and exterior facility repairs, including patching and painting, basic carpentry (doors, trim, hardware, shelving, framing), and installation or repair of flooring, tile, caulking, and related building finishes.;
Perform basic plumbing and electrical repairs, including fixing leaks, clearing drains, replacing fixtures, and installing or replacing light fixtures, outlets, and switches.;
Conduct and complete preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and building systems, including conducting routine inspections, diagnosing issues, and completing necessary corrective work.;
Support energy management by ensuring all building systems are operating efficiently.;
Inspect existing installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
