Utility Pipe Foreman- Water Sewer- Allied Development

Overview

Pipe Foreman – Allied Development Group, Inc. is currently hiring an underground pipe foreman to oversee installation of underground sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and water main services.

• Day-to-day management of crew, equipment, and materials
• Strict adherence to OSHA and company safety plans
• Safe operation of equipment
• Installation of storm, sanitary, and water main per drawings, specifications, and code
• Professionally communicate and interact with project team, owners, and inspectors
• Track daily logs, as-builts, T&M tickets
• Inspect and account for material deliveries
• Read drawings, understand layout, and maintain grades
• Perform all pretests and tests as required for city acceptance
• Communicate with the project manager regarding costs and schedule
• Perform punch-out as required
• Adequately backfill and compact trenches
• Must be able to work 40-50 hours per week
• Valid driver’s license required
• Must pass pre-employment and random drug testing

• Experience reading and interpreting drawings
• Ability to read layout and maintain grades
• Strong communication skills with project team, owners, and inspectors
• Knowledge of safety regulations and proper equipment operation
