• Install epoxy and resinous flooring systems at commercial, industrial, and residential job sites.
• Perform surface preparation and flooring installation according to project specifications.
• Operate specialized equipment and tools in a safe and efficient manner.
• Work closely with team members to complete projects on schedule and maintain quality standards.
• Ideal for individuals with construction, flooring, coatings, or concrete experience who enjoy hands‑on work.

• Prepare concrete surfaces through grinding, patching, crack repair, and related preparation techniques.
• Mix and apply epoxy, urethane, polyaspartic, and other flooring coating systems.
• Operate grinders, vacuums, hand tools, and other equipment safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload materials, equipment, and supplies for job sites.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow company safety procedures and project specifications.
• Communicate professionally with customers, supervisors, and team members.

• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding work throughout the day.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in commercial, industrial, and residential environments.
• Min 2 years experience driving a box truck or trailer.
• Previous experience in epoxy flooring, concrete work, coatings application, construction, general labor, or a related trade preferred.
• Experience operating power tools and construction equipment.
• Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
