Compensation and BenefitsAs a Residential HVAC Technician, you will earn a competitive wage of up to $40/hour
, depending on experience, and receive a $300 sign‑on bonus
. Eligible benefits include health, vision, dental, life insurance, a 401(k), 2 weeks of paid time off (PTO) that increases based on time of service, 2 paid sick days, paid holidays, monthly bonus opportunities, a company vehicle and uniforms.

Qualifications- 4+ years of HVAC field experience
- Knowledge of residential and/or commercial HVAC systems and local codes
- Removing old HVAC systems
- Installing new HVAC systems
- Performing routine maintenance
- Training junior team members
- Communicating with clients and customers
- Ordering and maintaining equipment
- Running pipe and duct systems through homes
- Reading and interpreting wiring diagrams
- Understanding refrigeration cycles
- Knowing how to interpret various technical data, such as pressure and temperature
- Valid driver's license and a good driving record
Is a problem solver who enjoys troubleshooting, is self‑motivated, has excellent communication skills, can explain technical information clearly and in layman’s terms, is service‑oriented, establishes a good rapport with people, respects others and their personal property, is punctual and reliable, and takes pride in their work.
Salary: $60,000 – $95,000 per year.
