What You'll Do
- Install residential HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless systems, and indoor air quality equipment.
- Fabricate and install ductwork as needed.
- Perform system startups, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure everything operates properly.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site.
- Deliver excellent customer service and communicate professionally with homeowners.
- 4+ years of residential HVAC installation experience.
- EPA Section 608 Certification (Type II or Universal preferred).
- Valid Ohio driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to read installation plans and follow manufacturer specifications.
- Strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Earn $34–$40/hour with base pay plus commissions.
