Basement Waterproofing & Foundation Repair Technician American Foundation Specialists is hiring a motivated, dependable team member for year‑round work installing basement waterproofing systems, sump pumps, carbon fiber wall straps, epoxy crack injections, and foundation repair systems.
Requirements- Must be 18 years or older
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
- Ability to back up a trailer
- Reliable, responsible, and punctual
- Able to work independently and manage time effectively
- Experience in construction, waterproofing, foundation repair, or excavation
- Ability to lead and manage 1–2 employees
- Equipment operation experience is a plus
