GWC Connects is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to perform preventive maintenance and repairs on buildings, equipment, and grounds. The successful candidate will utilize advanced skills for site visits and manage work orders under limited supervision.
Ideal applicants will have at least three years of general maintenance experience, a high school diploma, and proficiency in carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and HVAC. A valid Ohio driver’s license and the ability to respond to emergencies are essential for this role.
