What You'll Do
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
  • Install HVAC equipment including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless systems, and related components.
  • Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections to ensure peak performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide accurate recommendations and pricing for repairs and replacement options.
  • Communicate professionally with customers, explaining issues and solutions in a clear and honest manner.
  • Mentor and assist junior technicians and installers, helping develop the next generation of skilled tradespeople.
  • Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with applicable codes and standards.
What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years of HVAC service and/or installation experience.
  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
  • Experience with heat pumps, gas furnaces, air conditioning systems, and mechanical equipment.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-focused environment.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • EPA certification and other industry licenses/certifications are a plus.
  • Leadership experience or a desire to mentor less experienced technicians is highly valued.
