Job Title:
Traveling Superintendent Job Description Responsibilities
- Develop a project plan for each phase of work.
- Prepare the team to execute using defined planning processes.
- Ensure project execution goals are met for their portion of work.
- Understand project information to identify obstacles and opportunities.
- Concrete construction expertise.
- Experience in commercial construction.
- 4+ years of experience with self-performing General Contractor or Concrete Contractor.
- Self-perform concrete experience required.
- Commercial and/or industrial project experience.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with data centers, hospitals, educational, industrial, and parking garage projects.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $130000.00/yr.
