Compensation and Benefits
- Compensation base equivalent of $36k for first 2-4 weeks; upon training 100% commission with annual earnings potential range of $60k to over $100k

As a Field Supervisor at Bone Dry Roofing, you will manage daily field operations and ensure projects are completed to company standards. You will lead teams on residential roofing jobs while driving safety, efficiency, and quality on every site.
In this role you will oversee roofing crews, coordinate daily job site activities, and monitor projects from start to completion. You will manage field production, prioritize workflow, and lead communication between homeowners and internal production staff. Strong customer service abilities are critical, as you will regularly interact with customers and ensure expectations are met throughout the roofing process. The ideal candidate can lead under pressure, resolve issues quickly, and maintain professionalism in a fast‑paced environment.

In this role, you will supervise site readiness, oversee safety compliance, and support crew development while maintaining high‑quality workmanship.
Qualifications- 1–2 years of roofing or construction industry experience and ability to supervise and lead teams effectively.
- Comfortable climbing ladders and working at heights.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Successful completion of a background check and pre‑employment drug screen.
- Willingness to work Monday‑through‑Friday 7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., with overtime as needed, two Saturdays per month April through October, and 10–12 hour workdays during peak season.
- On‑site supervisor with local travel to job sites, with a company vehicle provided.
