Automotive Repair Technician; or B Level

Drive Your Career Forward with AAA Club Alliance! We are a nationally recognized brand looking for an Automotive Repair Technician (A or B Level) to diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of vehicles. Your work ensures each customer leaves with confidence and peace of mind.

• Flat Rate Pay: A Technicians $26.30 – $36.92/hour, B Technicians $23.46 – $32.95/hour (rate varies by experience, location, and other factors)
• Billable Week Guarantee: 30 hours for A Technicians, 20 hours for B Technicians
• Productivity Bonus:
  Earn $250 – $550 every two weeks based on performance
• Full-time, 5 days/week (Saturdays are required). One scheduled weekday off and Sundays off. Additional adjustments may be made based on business needs.

• Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs in engine performance, transmissions (automatic & manual), suspension & steering, brake systems (including ABS/traction control), electrical systems, and heating/air conditioning.
• Maintain and grow technical expertise to handle diverse work assignments.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
• Properly maintain tools and equipment following manufacturer and company safety guidelines.
• Complete all repairs and maintenance to manufacturer specifications or industry best practices.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Proven experience as an Automotive Technician; level requirements vary by position.
• ASE or dealership certifications preferred in relevant areas, or ability to obtain within 12 months (paid by AAA).
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with the team.
• Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Valid driver’s license and authorized to work in the USA.
• Ability to pass pre-employment screenings (background, drug, fitness for duty) if offered a position.
