Finishing & Coatings Technician

Martin Painting & Coating is seeking skilled Finishing & Coatings Technicians to join our growing commercial and industrial painting team. As a Finishing & Coatings Technician, you will play an important role in preparing surfaces and applying high-quality finishes and protective coating systems on a wide variety of commercial and industrial projects.

• Prepare surfaces through sanding, scraping, cleaning, patching, and masking
• Apply primers, paints, and protective coatings using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment
• Ensure smooth, consistent finishes that meet project quality standards
• Operate lifts and other access equipment safely
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
• Follow company safety procedures and jobsite requirements at all times

• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be clean‑shaven to properly wear a respirator when required
• Commercial and/or industrial painting experience preferred
• Must be dependable, safety‑conscious, and able to work effectively as part of a team

• Competitive pay: $22–$27/hr based on experience
